get a look at this gorgeous place! you're probably wondering why i was house shoping in the first place, right? well, from time to time i just like to look. and dream. this historic beauty sits in the heart of the heights. a 90 second drive from kiran's school. olivers future school! i imagine having coffee on that porch every morning, the walking both kids to school together in all of 5 minutes that it would take! it's a dream!!!
the best part, the unimaginable part - this place is going for just $200K! WHY SO CHEAP?! It's at Heights Boulevard! This is insane. Yes, it needs updates, but that's also another dream of mine - making it the way I want to. THey're about to clear out the clutter and take new pics and I almost don't even want to look again.

i totally browse (har) almost daily, and i too love to dream of buying our first house! that fist house you listed is beautiful! who cares if it's outside the loop, it's not that far from everything!! i hope you get to realize your dream home soon!
