Celebrating Kiran

I found some old pics of Kiran today and when i have pictures of kids, this is typically where they end up! It's really a trip looking at old photo's sometimes. When you have young kids, they can change so much in just 4 years that you might look at the pictures and think it was a lifetime ago.

In Memory of Maddie

It seems like we're loosing our 4-legged loved ones left and righ these days. I just thought I would display the beautiful bond that Oliver, well BOTH kids without a doubt, had with Maddie. Both on four "legs" to make that bond even closer!

Every visit to Dallas, she was one of the first to greet us. Oliver and Kiran would naturally say hi to her last because when Gammy and Pops wait with open arms at the doorway it's just too hard to refuse that welcoming hug from them!

I miss you, Maddie. Gammy, Kiran wan write you a poem if you would love to have that.

In Awe

You all know how rare it is that I post links to things, especially news sites, but this story was just awesome. I may have even gotten teary when I read it...the first few times. :-/

It's a story of a very appreciative father who suddenly has to bring his child into the world with next to no signs labor was even approaching. He talks with Dr. Sanjay Gupta (who I track by the way! lol) about his experience. You should check it out!

Valentine, Valentine

We're swimming in chocolates and Valentine cards this week! Gammy & Pops showed up to shower us in love and fun gifts! I might say the best of all was Daddy & I slipping out to dinner and a movie. The kids might argue that toys were DEFINITELY the best. Who can argue with a kid anyways?!

We brought in some of the best weather ever for you, Gammy & Pops! It was perfect. And here are all the "HipstaPrint" pictures that we sent to my email account...and We'll need to get some more kid pic's sent in so I can post them!:
